/ LAUNDROMAT WEBSITE DESIGN

FAST SITES.
CLEAR ORDERS.

We build laundry websites that help customers check prices, find a store and place an order. Our portfolio includes Freshly Folded, Mamaw’s Laundry and The Laundry Depot, with a different customer journey for each business.

/ THE PROBLEM

HELP THEM
TAKE THE NEXT STEP.

A useful laundry website answers the questions that come before a visit or order. We review what a customer can actually do on your current site before recommending changes.

Page speed and structure audit of a laundry website

01

UNDERSTAND THE PRICE

Show current rates, minimums and fees where available. Explain weighing or inspection when the final price cannot be confirmed online.

02

CALL, VISIT OR BOOK

Give each service the right next step. Walk-in laundry needs hours and directions; pickup customers may need an address check and scheduler.

03

USE IT ON A PHONE

Make service details, forms and buttons readable and usable at small screen sizes. Reduce avoidable image and script weight.

04

CHECK THE LOCATION

Show the right storefront or collection area before a customer spends time trying to place an unsupported order.

/ THE WORK

BUILT AROUND
YOUR CUSTOMERS.

We plan the pages and ordering path together. The booking connection is scoped to what your provider supports, and useful existing pages are retained when they still do their job.

01

MOBILE-FIRST LAYOUTS

Design and test the key customer tasks on phones, then check larger screens and keyboard navigation.

02

CLEAR SERVICE DETAILS

Explain prices or estimate rules, turnaround, accepted items and the conditions customers need before ordering.

03

A WORKING NEXT STEP

Connect calls, directions, inquiries or online booking to the relevant service, including useful error and confirmation messages.

04

USEFUL PAGE STRUCTURE

Give distinct services and stores enough space to answer their own customer questions. Avoid duplicate town-name pages.

05

TECHNICAL LAUNCH CHECKS

Review responsive images, crawl access, internal links, redirects and the live customer journey.

06

OWNERSHIP AND MEASUREMENT

Document account ownership and maintenance. Set up the agreed analytics and distinguish a booking handoff from a completed order.

Build timelines depend on content readiness, integrations and approvals. Conversion improvement varies with market, offer and operational capacity.

/ WEBSITE PORTFOLIO

THREE WEBSITES.
REAL LAUNDRY WORK.

Samuel built the websites for Freshly Folded and The Laundry Depot in San Diego, California, and Mamaw’s Laundry in Cottonwood, Arizona. The case studies describe the website context and later search work separately, so you can see what each result actually measures.

Built for discovery

Supports laundry SEO with useful content, internal relationships and machine-readable facts.

Built for campaigns

Provides focused landing paths and conversion events for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

Built for change

Documents redirects, integrations and publishing so future work is not trapped with a vendor.

/ IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE

ACCEPTANCE BEFORE
LAUNCH

A laundry website is ready when a customer can understand the service and complete the intended action. We agree on those checks before deciding whether a builder, existing site or custom implementation fits.

01

CONTENT APPROVAL

The operator approves service scope, pricing or estimate rules, coverage, turnaround and customer terms. Content does not invent features or capabilities.

02

ORDER PATH

Test serviceable and unsupported addresses, form errors, mobile keyboards and confirmation states. A scheduler handoff is labeled separately from a confirmed order.

03

HANDOVER

Confirm domain, hosting, repository and account ownership, maintenance responsibilities and available analytics. Provider-specific integration capabilities are checked during discovery.

See the three-project portfolio, website checklist and booking requirements guide. Existing sites are improved when they can support the work; a rebuild is not required for every SEO engagement.

/ QUESTIONS

SHOULD I REBUILD
OR FIX WHAT I HAVE?
We inspect the existing site first. Targeted improvements may be enough when you can edit the pages and fix the customer journey. A rebuild becomes worth considering when the platform, structure or ownership prevents those changes. The review explains the tradeoff before you choose.
DO I NEED ONLINE
BOOKING?
Online booking becomes important when customers need to schedule pickup, delivery or recurring plans outside staffed hours. A self-service location may instead prioritize accurate hours, directions, machine information and contact options.
HOW MANY PAGES
DO I NEED?
Create a separate page when a real service or coverage area has distinct information and buyer intent. Fewer useful pages are preferable to many duplicated pages with only names changed.
WILL A REBUILD
AFFECT MY RANKINGS?
It can. We map important URLs, preserve useful content, plan redirects where URLs change and check crawl access after launch. Those steps reduce avoidable migration problems, but they do not guarantee unchanged rankings.
